Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates
age should be between 18 years to 28 years as on 01-02-2014. Age relaxation is
applicable by 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have passed
Matriculation and Diploma in Mining with Mining Foreman’s certificate issued by
competent authority for Mining Foreman Posts, Matriculation along with Mining
Mate’s Certificate issued by competent authority for Mining Mate Posts.
Application Fee:
General candidates are required to pay Rs. 250/- for Mining Foreman Posts &
Rs. 150/- for Mining Mate posts while SC/ ST and other reserved category
candidates will have to pay only Rs. 50/- as application fee.
Application fee should be paid into a specially opened
Account (No.32469839252) at SBI, CAG Branch, Kolkata, on behalf of SAIL/ RMD
with a printout of the “SBI challan” which is available on the Application
Registration Portal.
Pay Scale: Following
salary as well as Grade Pay will be given.
Selection Process: Selections
of candidates will be made on the basis of their marks obtained in written examination
and interview.
