Trainee (MT) vacancies: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has posted
an employment notification for the recruitment of Management Trainee posts.

(Technical) and 60 Management Trainee (Administration) in E-1 grade vacancies.

Eligibility
Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not
exceed 30 years as on 01-01-2014. In other words candidates must have born
earlier than 01-01-1984. Age relaxation is applicable as per the Govt. norms.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess
the qualification of Degree in Engineering with at least 65% marks in the
disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Electronics,
Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical
Engineering, Bachelors’ degree inany discipline with 60% marks with at least
two years full time MBA/ PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human
Resources/ Personnel Management &Industrial Relations/ Personnel
Management/ Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR
discipline, Marketing for Marketing discipline and Production/ Operations/
Materials/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management. Candidates are advised to read
official recruitment advertisement for post wise educational qualification.
Application Fee: General/ OBC and other unreserved
candidates are required to pay Rs. 500/- while SC/ ST/ PWD/ Department
candidates and other unreserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 100/-
as application fee.
Application fee should be paid through et-banking/ credit
card/ debit card or through pay-in-slip in a specially opened account (No.
32286155304) at CAG Branch, New Delhi, on behalf of SAIL.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the
basis of their marks obtained in written examination, group discussion and
interview.

www.sail.co.in before 21st January 2014.
