Welfare Samiti has issued another recruitment notification for the recruitment
of Pharmacist Post. Online applications are invited for filling up 441 Pharmacist
vacancies on contract basis. Eligible and interested candidates may apply through

Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates
upper age limit should not exceed 40 years as on 01-10-2013. Age relaxation is
applicable as per the rules.
Educational
Qualifications: Candidates should possess the qualification of Two years
Diploma in Pharmacy (D – Pharma) (Allopathic) from any institute approved
Pharmacy Council of India.
Application Fee:
General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- while SC/
ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 50/- as application
fee.
Application fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft through
any Nationalized Bank drawn in favor of West Bengal State Health & Family
Welfare Samiti, Payable at Service branch at Kolkata.
Selection Process:
Selection of candidates will be done based on their performance in written
examination and Interview.
How to Apply: All
those candidates who wish to apply for Pharmacist post West Bengal Health &
Family Welfare Samiti, they are required to apply through online mode on its
official website at www.wbhealth.gov.in on or before 6th January 2014.
After filling the online application form, take print out of
it and send their application in the prescribed format, DD form attested copies
of photo proof identity card, certificates to prove age, caste, resident, mark sheets
to the Executive Officer, WB Health & Family Welfare Samiti on or before 14th
January 2104.
